We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Shipping Options
We offer two premium shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian destinations and remote locations.

Should any item not meet your expectations, our seamless returns process ensures resolution with the same care we devote to curating our collections.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Hair Accessories
- Gloves
- Pyjamas and Nightwear (unless faulty)
- Gift & Home items not in original packaging
- Items marked as final sale

Exchange Requests
We’re pleased to exchange any Day Dresses, Maxi Dresses, or other fashion items for alternative sizes or colors, subject to availability. Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For international returns, any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
