Our Return Promise

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, Hair Accessories, Gloves, and Pyjamas/Nightwear cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Gift & Home items must be returned in original packaging
  • Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return

Effortless Returns Process

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original invoice and ensure items are in resalable condition
  3. Ship Your Return: Send to our Cambridge address using a trackable service (see template below for required information)
  4. Refund Processing: Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for refund processing

Exchange Requests

We’re pleased to exchange any Day Dresses, Maxi Dresses, or other fashion items for alternative sizes or colors, subject to availability. Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return.

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For international returns, any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
